Octo&Duo is managed by Esra Öztürk, a qualified and highly experienced professional who possesses excellent organisational and problem solving skills, as well as an outstanding ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds, all of which were acquired over a 28 year career span. Furthermore, due to her experience of working in corporate environments, Esra has gained a significant comprehension for appropriate business strategies, whilst also developing strong negotiation skills.

Esra started her Professional career in 1990 in the Internal Audit Department of Sabancı Holding , one of Turkey’s largest group of companies. In 1995 she moved to Aksigorta (a listed insurance company) – a leader in its field, and worked until 2005 as Accounting Manager. In 2005, she became the Chief Financial Officer providing the coordination of Financial Affairs at Unifree Duty Free İşletmeciliği (where 60.7% shares were held by the Gebr. Heinemann Group of Germany). During her long career, Esra has worked with internationally operating companies who have enabled her to expand a strong business network as well as advancing her business development expertise. She is a current member of the BCCT (British Chamber of Commerce in Turkey).
